1. General Conduct

• Treat all players and staff with respect at all times.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, or toxic behavior of any kind.
• No racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language.
• No spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior in chat channels.
• No impersonating staff members or other players.
• English is the primary language in global chat. Other languages are welcome in whisper/party/guild chat.

2. Cheating & Exploits

• Use of hacks, bots, speed hacks, auto-clickers, or any unauthorized third-party software is strictly forbidden.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is prohibited. Report all bugs to the administration.
• Packet manipulation, memory editing, or any form of client modification is banned.
• Using macros that provide an unfair advantage is not allowed.

3. Account Rules

• Each player is allowed one account unless stated otherwise by the administration.
• Account sharing is at your own risk — you are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts for real money is forbidden.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password.

4. Trading & Economy

• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, characters, or currency is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the administration.
• Scamming other players is forbidden and will result in severe penalties.
• Exploiting the market, shop, or trade system through bugs or glitches is not allowed.

5. PvP & Gameplay

• Player killing (PK) is part of the game, but excessive griefing or targeted harassment through PK is not tolerated.
• Blocking spawn points, event entrances, or NPCs to disrupt gameplay is prohibited.
• Kill stealing in a manner intended to harass is discouraged.
• AFK farming in event maps is not allowed.

6. Events

• Each event may have specific rules announced at the time of the event.
• Interfering with events you are not participating in is forbidden.
• Using alt accounts or other unfair means to gain event rewards is prohibited.

7. Chat & Communication

• No advertising of other servers, websites, or services.
• No posting malicious links or attempting phishing.
• Keep global chat civil — excessive arguing should be taken to private messages.
• Do not share personal information of other players.

8. Penalties

Violations of these rules may result in:

• Warning — for minor first-time offenses
• Mute — temporary chat restriction
• Temporary ban — account suspension for a set period
• Permanent ban — permanent account termination
• IP ban — for severe or repeated violations
• Item/currency wipe — removal of illegitimately obtained items or currency

The administration reserves the right to determine penalties at their discretion. Repeated offenses will result in escalating punishments.

9. Appeals

If you believe you were punished unfairly, you may appeal through our Discord community. Provide your account name and a clear explanation. Appeals are reviewed by the administration and decisions are final.

10. Changes

These rules may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed. Major changes will be announced through our news and Discord channels.
