By registering or playing on MU Hades, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or access the server.

1. Account Ownership

1.a All accounts are the property of MU Hades. You are granted access, not ownership.

2.b Selling, trading, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.c You are fully responsible for your login details. We do not restore accounts lost due to sharing or compromise.

2. In-Game Rules

1.a No hacking or cheating: Use of third-party software, speed hacks, or packet editing is strictly forbidden.

2.b No exploits or bug abuse: Abusing unintended mechanics is a bannable offense. All bugs must be reported immediately.

3.d No impersonation: Do not impersonate GMs, admins, or other players.

4.e No harassment: Racism, hate speech, threats, or toxicity is strictly forbidden.

5.f No advertising: Promoting other servers or external content is prohibited lead to permanent ban.

3. Donations

1.a Donations are voluntary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.b Donation rewards are virtual and hold no real-world value.

3.c Breaking any rules may result in permanent loss of donation privileges and access.

4. Server Adjustments

1.a MU Hades reserves the right to adjust rates, content, and mechanics at any time.

2.b Data wipes or resets may occur if necessary for server integrity and fairness.

5. Disciplinary Actions

1.a MU Hades staff may mute, suspend, or ban accounts without prior notice.

2.b Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent, cross-account bans.

3.c Ban appeals may be submitted, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy & Data

1.a We collect only essential data (email, IP) for account and security purposes.

2.b We do not share your information unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

1.a MU Hades is a private project and is not affiliated with Webzen or any official MU service.

2.b We offer no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or continued access.

8. Amendments

1.a These Terms of Service may be changed at any time.

2.b Continued use of the server means you accept the latest terms.
