2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

2.b Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.

2.c Fraudulent activity may result in legal or administrative action as necessary.

3. Service Availability

3.a While we strive to maintain stable uptime, MU Hades may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

3.b Service downtime, performance issues, or server resets do not qualify for refunds or credit compensation.

4. Donations

4.a Any contributions made as donations to support MU Hades are entirely voluntary and non-refundable.

4.b Donations do not guarantee special privileges, exclusive access, or entitlements beyond what is explicitly provided.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

5.a You are solely responsible for the security of your account and associated login credentials.

5.b We are not liable for unauthorized transactions or item loss resulting from account compromise, sharing, or negligence.
